Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Beautiful flower arrangement, all great quality flowers. Even had a lilly in there that hadn't bloomed when the arrangement was delivered, it bloomed the next day. No need to buy flowers from anywhere else! Thanks guys.

The recipient was thrilled with the flowers. She took a picture and sent a thank you email. They were lovely! Easy to work with. The card message was lost in the delivery, but they were able to tell her whom they were from. ---- Florist Response: Hi Jana, Thank you so much for your kind words regarding the flowers and design. To clarify regarding the card, the recipient did receive the enclosure card however, she called because she wasn't completely sure who it was from after reading the message and we were happy to help her with that. The application was easy to use. I was contacted immediately after placing the order to verify the zip I had entered. The flowers were delivered on the date requested and the recipient indicated they loved them. Can't do any better then that. Kevin
